Custom and personalized orders
We can custom make anything ! Feel free to ask. All custom orders are nonrefundable !
Sizing details
Please double check your size and the size charts provided in the listings. If you are an XL in some brands and 2XL in others we would suggest to order the 2XL.
We are not responsible for shirts ordered in the wrong size, names entered incorrectly or names not entered at all.
Color Disclaimer
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Package delayed or damaged
We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages that occur from USPS. We generate our shipping label the day that we ship your package and the transit time varies by geographic location. If package is delayed beyond your departure date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as it's beyond our control.
Delivery times will be discounted from the time that shipments are delayed due to : inclement weather affecting the transport and / or distribution, strikes or collective conflicts, etc.
The time of the shipments at the customs office of origin and / or destination is also not counted when calculating transit times.
